Admin users can bulk upload new users via a form to make it easy to bring in user lists. Simple sanity checks are done on these lists by Previewing the list — based on constraints set for the site (such as whether a last name is required, for instance). New users added in this fashion receive an automated email notifying them of their temporary password and asking them to login and update the password to something secret to them.
