Additional information about the login process

  • If you are registering for the first time

Enter your correct email address, since to complete your registration you will have to respond to a confirmation email we will send to the address you provide here. We do this to ensure that when our system sends you email notice about new files, postings, etc. that the email actually gets to you and doesn't bounce. Your email address is the the primary identifier we use to prepare each page you see here.

Enter the password of your choice and keep it private. It will be encrypted in our database.

  • If you are a returning member

Enter your email address and the password you've used before.

  • If you've forgotten your password

Submit your email address and put your best guess at your password (or even leave it blank) in the form above. If your password is incorrect, our server will provide you with a link where you can request a new password to be emailed to you.

We don't tell you what your old password was because we keep it encrypted in the database and we can't decrypt it ourselves (it's that safe). Instead, we assign you a new password to get you back in, and you should then promptly change this password to one of your own,

  • If you keep getting thrown back here

Probably your browser is not configured to accept cookies. We're sorry for the inconvenience but it really is impossible to program a system like this without keeping track of who is posting what.

With Netscape, you can enable cookies from Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced. With Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can enable cookies from Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security.
